As I learned more about nutrition and the body, and my work evolved, though, I found I couldn’t recommend the same products anymore because of the toxic ingredients in them. I believe in protein bars as meal replacements for weight loss and weight management, but while the options out there might work for managing weight, they aren’t good for the totality of your health.
